The discourse construction of the new form of human civilization aims to show the image of China in the new era and is a new discourse paradigm choice to promote the evolution and development of human civilization. The clear appearance of the context, the scientific guidance of Marxist theory, the call of the Times of the development trend of world history, the profound nourishment of the excellent traditional Chinese culture and the new road of Chinese modernization have laid the prerequisite for the emergence of the new form of discourse of human civilization. Clear the internal rational path, the new form of human civilization discourse closely related to the party and the people’s main force, the practical character of integrity and innovation, the method and path of “theory-practice” mutual learning, and the global vision of beauty and sharing. To explore the practical direction, the construction of the new form of human civilization discourse needs to be pushed forward in depth from four dimensions: historical initiative, pattern renewal, academic support and efficiency improvement, focusing on breaking through the inherent discourse shackles of “clash of civilizations”in the theoretical dimension, transcending the binary oppositional thinking of “special-universal” in the value dimension, and solving the communication dilemma of “reasonableness cannot be explained” in the practical dimension.
